One whole British black pudding stick (1.36KG). Enough to keep the whole family going for a month. Delivered fresh so it's perfect to portion up and pop in the freezer.

Originally said to come from Bury, but also a real Midlands favourite (it's considered a delicacy in the Black Country, and rightly so). Recently black pudding has been talked about as a super food due to it's high protein, which can keep you feeling fuller for longer.

How to Cook Whole Black Pudding Stick

Slice about 1-2cm thick and grill, or fry for 6-8 minutes. Turning occasionally.

Storage
Store at <4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
