Working at True Bites
True Bites is a family butchers based in Telford, supplying customers locally and across the UK through our online store.
Our team helps prepare, pack and deliver a wide range of quality meat products, from everyday family favourites to butcher’s boxes, BBQ cuts, sausages, bacon, cooked meats and more.
We’re a growing business, but we still believe in traditional values: good food, hard work, honest communication and looking after our customers.
Roles we may recruit for
From time to time, we may look for people across different areas of the business, including:
- Butchery and meat preparation
- Trainee butchery roles
- Packing and production
- Local delivery driving
- Online order fulfilment

Experience is useful, especially for skilled butchery roles, but attitude matters too.
We’re interested in people who are reliable, willing to learn, happy to work as part of a team, and committed to doing a good job. For customer-facing or delivery roles, being friendly, professional and helpful is especially important.
