We take great care when preparing, packing and dispatching every True Bites order.

Because our products are fresh and perishable, each order is prepared specifically for the customer and packed for delivery in temperature-controlled packaging. Every order is checked before it leaves us.

Returns for perishable food

Due to the perishable nature of fresh food products, we are unable to accept returns of items categorised as food.

This is because once fresh or chilled food has left our care and entered the delivery network, we cannot safely resell or reuse it.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If something has arrived damaged, is missing from your order, or does not match what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible.

Our team will review the issue and may ask for further details or photographs so we can understand what has happened.

Refunds and resolutions

If we find that goods or service have fallen short of the standard you should expect from us, we may offer a suitable resolution at our discretion.

This may include a refund, partial refund, replacement, store credit or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

Refunds, where agreed, are usually processed within 5 business days after the issue has been reviewed by our team.
