One whole (around 1.00KG), on the bone, unrolled breast of lamb cut from British outdoor reared lambs. A great value for money joint, full of flavour, ideally suited to low and slow cooking as it helps to render out the natural fat of the lamb.

How to Cook Unrolled Breast of Lamb
Remove lamb from packaging and rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking. Lightly oil the meat, season with salt and pepper, or your choice of dry rub/herbs (thyme and oregano both work well), and place in a roasting tin or casserole dish, and oven roast at 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas 4 in the centre of a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Add your choice of vegetables and stoc to the casserole dish, cover with tin foil and roast for a further 2 1/2 -3 hours or until tender. Allow the meat to rest for 10 -15 minutes before serving.What to do with Unrolled Breast of Lamb
Cook low and slow to render down the natural fat of the lamb and leave juicy melt in the mouth meat.

Storage
Store at <4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
