4 hand made True Bites pork breakfast sausage patties, 100g each. Made in house by our own master butchers to the same recipe as our super popular pork sausages. Great on the BBQ and make for a great breakfast burger or home made breakfast muffin.

Cooking & Recipes

How to Cook Pork Sausage Patties

Grill, or fry for 6-8 minutes. Turning occasionally. Ensure that the centre of the deepest part of the meat is piping hot, and the juices run clear. If the juices are pink continue cooking until they run clear.

Storage
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
