Premium British, or Irish, diced beef steak, usually cut from the chuck of the beast (the neck and the shoulders) and ideal for any number of dishes, including stews, casseroles, curries, pies etc. Available in:

How to Cook Diced Beef Steak
Remove steak from packaging and rest at room temperature for 5 minutes before cooking. Heat a frying pan or griddle pan until very hot, brush the meat with a little oil, and seal the meat on both sides for 2 - 3 minutes in total. Transfer to a casserole dish, add your choice of vegetables and stock/gravy, and braise in the oven at 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas 4 for 2 hours 30 minutes, or until tender.What to do with Diced Beef Steak

Storage
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
