Product Description

Two chicken paupiettes (approx. 200-250g each) stuffed with black pudding. Our chicken paupiettes are made from whole British chicken legs (thigh and drumstick), which have had all the bones and gristle expertly removed by our butchers. The meat is then wrapped around a black pudding filling and roasting bands are applied to hold everything in place. These are one of our butchers specialties and make a great addition to any dinner party.

Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
