How to Cook Pigs Cheeks
Remove all packaging. Season the meat with sea salt and pepper and oven cook at 150°C/Fan 130°C/Gas 2 in the centre of a preheated oven for approximately 3 hours. Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.What to do with Pigs Cheeks
