First of all, at a time when many small businesses are struggling, I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who's ordered with us this week. When you order with us you are supporting a small independent family business, who really appreciate every single customer. We love what we do and the fact that we get to keep doing it really means the world to us. So, thank you.
We'd also like to thank you all so much for your patience and understanding in a very difficult time. This week has been a hard week for everyone at True Bites. The whole team has really pulled together and put the hours in to make sure all our customers got what they ordered, on the day they wanted it. We really do our best to make sure no one is let down and we managed to honour all but two orders this week. Those two orders have been re-arranged for next week with the respective customers, who were very understanding, so thank you to them.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer any online deliveries until the second week of April. We simple cannot do anymore, we're running at full capacity, and we're unwilling to take orders which we know we will be unable to fulfill. That's just not the way we work here. We want to make sure deliveries are arriving with customers on the day they expect them, and no later.
Stock Updates
We're working hard to make sure we don't run into any stock shortages, and are working closely with suppliers to make sure we have all we need to keep our customers happy and not hungry. Almost all of our customers have been ordering very sensibly, which we really appreciate, and if everyone continues to do so then we shouldn't have a problem with stock issues. That being said, we have placed order limits on a few items and have also taken a few products off the website. We've done this in order to encourage customers to order less in one go, thus giving more customers a chance to get the meat delivery they need. We feel like this is the right thing to do.
Please stay safe and look after each other in this difficult time.
