Product Description

2KG's (Usually around 8 large fillets) of naturally succulent skinless chicken breasts, with absolutely no added water, salt, or anything else. Just 100% lean chicken breast, and twice as big as your usual supermarket fillets. Easy to cook and a great way to provide delicious, healthy meals.

    How to Cook Chicken Breast

    Season with salt and pepper, or your favourite sauce and oven roast at <190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 in the centre of a preheated oven. Cook for 25 - 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure that the centre of the deepest part of the meat is piping hot, and the juices run clear. If the juices are pink continue cooking until they run clear. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

    Storage
    Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
