A fiercely fiery chilli glaze full of heat with a tangy back note, that adds a delicious kick to a variety of dishes. Inspired by the bold and zesty flavours of Buffalo sauce, which is a classic American hot sauce made with cayenne pepper, vinegar, and other seasonings. It is perfect for those who love spicy food and want to add a bold flavour to their meals. Particularly great on chicken wings and thighs.
Use at around 10% of the weight your chosen raw meat or poultry, evenly coat and leave to marinade for a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking.

How to Cook Buffalo Glaze
For best results add 100g of marinade per 1KG of raw meat (or 10% of the weight of the meat). Place the meat in a bag and add the marinade. Shake well to ensure the meat is coated on all sides. Place the bag in a fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to let the flavours develop. Cook as desired. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
