One pack of 12 quarter pounder British beef burgers, hand made by our butchers to our own unique recipe. We use a mix of beef usually taken from the chuck, blade, and fore rib of the animal, making for a super tasty, meaty burger. Buying our bulk pack of beef burgers is a great way to save money.

How to Cook Beef Burgers

Brush a little oil directly onto the burgers and cook in a preheated heavy, frying pan or ridged griddle pan, or ideally on the BBQ or grill, and cook for 5 minutes without touching. Turn your burgers and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage
Store at <4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
