Product Description
Product Description
Premium sirloin steaks, cut from the loin, making them tender and well marbled. Sirloin steak is a real British favourite and certainly one of our most popular steaks. The name sirloin is said to have come after a particularly tasty loin of beef was 'knighted' by a monarch, although it may actually come from the French word 'surlonge'. Our bulk sirloin steak packs are a great way to save money on your favourite cut. Choose from:
- 10 x 6-8oz (2KG), or
- 20 x 6-8oz (4KG).
